Construction Industry, Europe
The Client came in with a clear insight: construction teams still run daily operations and cost tracking in separate tools, spreadsheets, and chat threads. That means delays, missing data, and decisions made too late to actually control costs. In just two weeks, Boldare turned the initial concept into a high-fidelity, AI-powered prototype through a hybrid setup: intensive on-site workshops in Gliwice, Poland, followed by remote vibecoding sessions.
The prototype focuses on one core path: voice messages, photos, and text sent via WhatsApp become structured daily reports and basic financial insights. AI handles transcription, data extraction, and report generation – so teams spend less time on paperwork and more on actual work.
Beyond the screens, Boldare helped shape the product story: value proposition, early roadmap, and technical direction – everything needed to support investor demos and secure funding for MVP development.
CEO & Co-Founder
As industries globally embrace digital transformation at an unprecedented rate, the construction sector remains stuck in the past. Many processes are still done manually, with tools scattered across teams and a lack of streamlined workflows. The Client’s founders recognized these inefficiencies and focused on creating a solution – a vertical software for construction companies to unify fragmented tools and processes. They understood the need for a seamless system combining project management and financial tracking, offering construction teams greater control and efficiency.

When the founders turned to Boldare, their goal was clear: create an AI-powered prototype from scratch for construction management software targeting the European market. They had deep industry knowledge but needed an experienced development team. With limited budget and time, they needed a ready-made prototype to demonstrate the concept to investors and help secure funding for the MVP phase.
The core idea behind the digital management tool was to improve:
The primary focus was on real-time tracking of financial and administrative data, advanced analytics, and better collaboration between construction and administrative teams.

To meet the tight deadline and use the client’s budget efficiently, we identified the path forward: rapid prototyping using our agile, hands-on approach and AI-native expertise. We decided not to involve the traditional development process. Instead, we opted for intensive, in-person workshops followed by remote vibecoding sessions, allowing for real-time collaboration and immediate iteration. The vibecoding allowed us to work directly with the Client’s team, keeping them in the loop at every step. The goal was to create a high-fidelity prototype demonstrating both the feasibility of the idea and its technical potential.
Here’s how our work unfolded, structured to ensure rapid and efficient results:
By the end of the two-week sprint, we delivered:
We employed a range of proven methodologies to guide the project from ideation to prototype:
Tech stack overview For this project, we utilized a robust tech stack that enabled rapid prototyping: Next.js as the foundation, combining backend and frontend in a single repository for smoother development and integration Twilio for seamless communication Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user interactions and collect data
The standout element was AI integration woven throughout the entire development process. From the outset, we defined a custom GPT-4 model incorporating deep knowledge of the product, customer, and industry. This AI model was essential in guiding prototype creation.
The entire development process – from ideation to final design – was powered by AI-enhanced vibecoding through Cursor, eliminating the need for traditional design tools like Figma.
This allowed for an accelerated design process and real-time prototyping. AI models driving development
We used AI models like Gemini 3 Pro and Opus 4.5 through the OpenAI API to drive various aspects of development. AI played a pivotal role not just in development, but also in business processes such as research, planning, and data analysis.
For example, we used AI to:
- Analyze construction documents \
The entire code was generated using AI tools like Opus 4.5 and Gemini 3, enabling faster iteration and higher-quality output.
We also built an integration with WhatsApp to allow users to send images, text, or voice messages, which would then trigger OpenAI Whisper (speech-to-text) and OpenAI GPT-4 to generate daily reports in real time.
Scalability and security While the prototype wasn’t optimized for scalability or high performance at this stage, we ensured its security through both manual and AI-assisted code audits, with additional input from DevOps experts. This process laid a strong foundation for future iterations and scaling.
The project was executed by a small, cross-functional team:
Product Designer – crafting UX/UI and creating the prototype
Software Engineer – validating feasibility, assisting with Vibecoding, and ensuring technical alignment
Senior Business Strategist – providing strategic advisory and ensuring long-term viability
CEO & Co-Founder and Co-Founder (Product owners) – guiding product vision and making key decisions throughout development
After every successful prototype, it’s time for the next phase… The collaboration with the Client resulted in a high-quality, AI-powered prototype delivered in just 14 days. This prototype laid the groundwork for the next phase of product development and provided the Client with a working product experience that proves both the idea and its technical feasibility. Following the successful prototype delivery, the Client is now in active discussions with investors and preparing for MVP development.
