Do we need to replace our current tooling to get started?

No. The program is stack-agnostic and tooling-agnostic. We work with what your team already has – GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or a mix – and help you decide what to keep, what to change, and what to standardize across the org. If something isn't working for your codebase (large Java backends are a common example), we'll tell you directly.

We already have GitHub Copilot in place. Is this still relevant?

Yes – and it's one of the most common situations we work with. Having a tool in place is not the same as having an adoption standard. If different developers are using it differently, nobody has defined what good looks like, and leadership can't measure the impact – that's exactly the gap this program addresses.

How is this different from a standard AI training or workshop?

Most AI training programs use generic examples that don't transfer to production environments. We run every engagement on your real codebase, with your real constraints. Senior engineers on large backend systems need to see AI work on their actual code – not a toy project built for a slide deck.

Can we start with just one phase – without committing to the full program?
