What do you need to get this position?

At least a year or two working directly with clients in software delivery at an agency, consultancy or product studio.
At least one uncomfortable client conversation you came out of with the relationship intact.
Experience changing how a team works, not just running its ceremonies you can tell us what was broken, what you did, and how you knew it worked.
Ownership mindset: you take responsibility before anyone hands it to you, and you'd rather act than wait for the perfect brief.
You give honest feedback first, which is why people give it back to you.
English you work in, not English you passed. Polish for the team.
Availability to work from our Gliwice office once a week, with openness to occasional business trips.

Experience in service design and launching new services.
Engineering fluency: you follow a technical discussion and can tell when someone is hedging. You won't review code we have people for that.
Reading contracts: caps, gates, key personnel. You'll grow into this, and you won't negotiate them.
Experience with Middle East / GCC clients, or others with formal procurement.
You already use AI tools to prepare, summarise and draft and you know the draft isn't the decision.
